Southbound I-95 Slow In Stamford On Wednesday Evening

Delays are reported on I-95 southbound between Exit 9 in Stamford and Exit 2 in Greenwich on Wednesday evening, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said. The unusual traffic congestion, reported at about 5 p.m., lasts for 8.5 miles.
