Stamford Downtown Readies Rappellers For Sunday Stunt, Tree Lighting

STAMFORD, Conn. -- About 220 feet above the cold, hard Stamford cement, a crew of workers in harnesses, fire officials, media personalities and baseball icons rehearsed a daredevil stunt on Friday, Dec. 5, all in the name of a traditional holiday event.
