Stamford police released a video of a shooting incident on the city's West Side that occurred late Saturday, Dec. 13. It's the most recent in a number of shootings, none fatal or with serious injuries, that have been attributed to two groups of youths in the city, police said. At about 11:45 p.m., at least two people are seen fleeing a gunman on Orchard Street, who is shooting at the people who are seen running, police said.
