The Stamford Board of Education's nearly hourlong public sit-down with attorney Tom Mooney Tuesday night led in the end to one conclusion: ultimately, schools Superintendent Winifred Hamilton will decide the future of two embattled Stamford High School administrators. Board members spoke with the attorney for the better part of an hour about who would determine the scope and outcome of an investigation into the failure of at least two administrators to report suspicions of a sexual relationship between a Stamford High School English teacher and a student.
