Slow-Going Traffic Reported Tuesday Evening Across Fairfield County

No major accidents were reported during Tuesday's rush hour in Fairfield County, but a sea of brake lights continues for miles on I-95, I-84 and the Merritt Parkway, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Delays on northbound I-95 were reported for 22 miles from Exit 6 in Stamford and north through Darien, Norwalk, Westport and Fairfield up to Exit 27 in Bridgeport, DOT said.
